DELIVERY IN THE UAE
Delivery anywhere in the UAE: AED 25, free on orders over AED 200. Arrives in 3–5 working days.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are packed and sent from Dubai South, Dubai, within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. All delivery times on this page are estimates, counted from the day you order, and include packing time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (TRACKED, BY ARAMEX)
Door-to-door delivery with tracking. We'll send you the tracking number when your parcel ships.
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait): AED 135, 3–6 working days
- United Kingdom: AED 170, 4–8 working days
- European Union: AED 175, 4–8 working days
- USA: AED 189, 4–8 working days
- Canada: AED 219, 4–8 working days
- Australia: AED 175, 5–10 working days
- India and Pakistan: AED 139, 4–8 working days
- Nigeria: AED 189, 5–10 working days
We can only deliver to the countries shown at checkout.

CHEAPER UNTRACKED OPTION (EMIRATES POST)
For some countries you can choose a cheaper, untracked postal delivery at checkout:
- GCC: AED 89
- European Union: AED 135
- Canada: AED 125
- Australia: AED 139
- India and Pakistan: AED 95
Untracked parcels usually arrive in 10–25 working days, and sometimes take longer because of customs. They can't be tracked door to door, so we recommend tracked delivery for gifts or anything time-sensitive. If your untracked parcel hasn't arrived after 25 working days, please contact us and we'll check with Emirates Post. The untracked option isn't available to the UK, USA or Nigeria.

FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery on orders over AED 200 applies to UAE addresses only.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders sent outside the UAE may be charged import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and customs or courier handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges. They are the customer's responsibility and are usually paid to the courier or post office on delivery.

PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
All orders are charged in AED. Payment is by card through Ziina. If you pay with a non-UAE card, your bank may add its own currency conversion fee.

ADDRESS AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Please check your address and phone number at checkout, because the courier may call you to arrange delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo as soon as you receive it.
